District LANDSCAPING MAP
The District maintains approximately 8.6 acres of open space land (marked in green on the map below) situated throughout the Enclave at Mariana Butte neighborhood. In addition, the District is responsible for maintaining the City-owned landscaping along the south side of West First Street as it borders the neighborhood.
The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining the storm water detention area (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located in the northeast corner of the neighborhood.
